Businesses in our directory are categorized into tiers (Christian-Owned, Christian-Friendly, Ethical Alternative) based on our review process. These designations reflect our assessment at the time of review and may change. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any tier classification.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BuyFaithful does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Business information is complete, accurate, or current
• Any business listed meets any particular standard of quality or service
• Tier classifications are accurate or up to date

6. Limitation of Liability

BuyFaithful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any transactions or interactions with businesses listed in our directory.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape or harvest data from the Service in bulk
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Submit spam reviews or fraudulent business listings
