“Training the EXCELlence in every child!” Excel strives to help empower and encourage every child toward a bright future. Excel not only believes in developing each child’s physical abilities (i.e. strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance), but also in developing a strong base of self-esteem, courage, and pride. We do this through a continual emphasis on being “Intentionally Excellent” in and out of the gym.
